Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Sunflare, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Sunflare for the purpose of viewing and managing photography galleries. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Sunflare. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that: (a) is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any laws; (b) contains pornography, explicit sexual content, or adult material; (c) infringes on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights; (d) contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content. We reserve the right to remove any such content and terminate your account immediately without notice.
Content Ownership and Rights
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and upload all content you submit to Sunflare. You agree not to upload content that infringes on the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. In the event of termination, your access to the platform will be immediately revoked.
Early Access Program
Early access to Sunflare is provided at our discretion and may be revoked at any time. We reserve the right to limit early access to specific regions, user types, or based on other criteria. Early access does not guarantee continued access to the platform.
