Create your first gallery
Galleries are the primary way to deliver photos to your clients in Sunflare. Follow these steps to create one and share it.
Create and share a gallery

Go to Galleries — From the backoffice, click "Galleries" in the sidebar navigation.

Create a new gallery — Click the "Create gallery" button at the top of the page.

Name it — Choose a descriptive name for the gallery, such as "Garcia Family Session - March 2026".

Upload photos — Drag and drop images or click to select them from your computer. You can upload multiple files at once.

Set permissions — Decide whether the client can download photos, whether the gallery is password-protected, and which images are visible.

Share with your client — Click "Share" and enter the client's email address. They will receive a direct link to the gallery.
Set up watermarks before sharing the gallery if you want to protect your preview photos. You can enable them from Settings > Watermarks and they will be automatically applied to all new galleries.
